Google is always finding new and innovative ways to connect all of us & their newest integration is just as impressive as you'd imagine. Google has added the newest feature of placing vacation rental options next to hotels in order to boost engagement and conversions. With this huge & helpful change coming, there are a few things you might want to improve to ensure your website's presence in front of potential converters.  

Google took the next step in its own vacation rental and apartments business, giving it special treatment with a four-pack display of rates, photos, reviews, and a map within Google search—and placement above other travel companies’ organic results.”

1) Name your property 

Rather than just saying 1BR/1BA so that the actual branded name can be easily found, viewed and hopefully booked.

2) Make sure your branded Vacation Rental property is listed on Google My Business

This is a HUGE help in not only ensuring better Google presence but also lets potential bookers know you're official, how to easily contact you / directions, and it makes Emergency Services lives easier in the case that they are called and need to get to your property ASAP.

3) Make sure you are listing your Vacation Rental property on Multiple Vacation Rental Sites

such as VRBO, HomeAway, Expedia, etc. In listing on multiple websites, especially those who partner with Google, your property will also perform better organically than others whom don't follow these simple, but pertinent steps to improving and gaining more engagement/bookers.
